進研模試：国立ライン
もうすぐ進研模試がありますね。高校1・2年生にとっては年に3回ある進研模試です。自分の学力がわかる大切な模試です。3年生もマーク模試がありますね？1・2年生はどのくらいの偏差値を出すと国公立大学ラインに届くのでしょうか？
文系と理系で少し異なってきますが、3教科（英語・国語・数学）の全国偏差値が平均して55あたりを超えると国公立大学ラインに届くと思います。
例えば富山大学の場合だと、文系学部で3教科の偏差値が55あるとボーダー上くらいになります。合格可能性は60％くらいあります。
僕は高校時代、進研模試の全国偏差値は、英語65，数学60，国語49でした。1年～3年生まで変わらずこんな感じでした。
第1志望の新潟大学教育学部は3年生のときはいつもA判定（マーク模試と記述のドッキング判定）でした。富山大学教育学部はいつもB～C判定でした。
今はセンター試験ではなく、共通テストになったので、国公立大学のボーダーラインは共通テストの方が下がっています。それだけ問題が難しいということです。
3教科のうち2教科が全国偏差値55を超えると、理科・社会の成績にもよりますが、国公立大学の合格ラインに何とか届きます。
もし、1・2年生の場合、今の段階で全国偏差値が50を切る教科があっても悲観する必要はありません。これから勉強していけば上がります。
一概には言えませんが、部活動をしている高校1・2年生は平日で毎日2時間～3時間くらい勉強すれば（ただし学校の宿題の時間は含みません）国公立大学が見えてくると思います。
学校の予習（特に古文の宿題や英語のリーダーの予習など）に時間のかかる生徒さんは、工夫して予習の時間を減らしていってほしいと思います。友達と交代で予習するとか、高校時代の僕みたいに全く予習をしないか、その代わり復習に時間をかけて学校で習ったことを確実にものにするか、人それぞれだと思いますが、受験勉強に時間をかけていってください。
学校の勉強を手を抜いてもいい、とは言いませんが、例えば学校の授業を聞いてもさっぱりわからない場合は、わかるところまで戻って勉強し直さないと永久に授業は理解できないままになってしまいます。
思い切って学校の勉強からいったん離れて基本をやり直した方が「急がば回れ」で良い結果につながっていくと思います。もちろん、すぐには結果は現れてきません。3か月・半年とたっていくうちに学校の勉強に追いつけるときが来ます。
それまでは「割り切って」わからない所を勉強し直すことです。例えば、2次関数や三角比がわからない生徒さんは三角関数はわからないはずです。その場合、2次関数・三角比に戻って勉強しなおすと三角関数の内容も理解できるようになります。
英語の場合は、ある程度は単語を覚えていないと、リーダーの教科書を読んでいても何が書いてあるのかさっぱりわからない状態のはずです。単語を覚えて、1年生の時に習った文法を復習し直す必要があります。
英単語は「ターゲット1900」を当塾の生徒さんたちは使っています。システムでもDuoでもいいと思います。自分にとって使いやすい単語帳を使って覚えていってください。
進研模試の結果は貴重です。全国偏差値でどれくらい取れるか？頑張ってきてください。
